We use the information to provide the customers/members with products and services. All hard copy data collected is stored in a secure alarmed area, all electronic records are also secured in an alarmed area and password protected. Expired data when not required is destroyed.
We will NOT sell your Data-We are not in the business of selling your data to others. We only share information with companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, these can include hiring catering, DJ's, Garden games and other products and services.
